Experience : 2-5 Years (Female Candidate & North Indians Required)
Primary Responsibilities
- Well versed with the Recruitment Methodologies and Core HR Activities.
- Understanding manpower requirements from concerned departments and accordingly drafting the Job description
- Working along with company HR team, undertaking full range of functions for selection, recruitment & appointment for specified divisions.
- Good Market Intelligence.
- Good at sourcing and savvy in Job Portals using the Features of the Same (Mass Mailing/Jon Posting).
- Understanding the Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required in different job roles.
- Candidate should be flexible for working on different platforms.
Desired Qualifications / Traits
- MBA/PGDM-Human Resources .
- Must be Strong in logical ability skills, potential to think about internal requirements
- Excellent Communication skills (oral, written and presentation) and MS Office proficiency
- Innovative, enthusiastic and a quick thinker
