HR Trainee

Requirement:

Qualification     :               MBA – HR (2015, 16 and 17 passed outs)

Experience         :               2-5 Years (Female Candidate & North Indians Required)

 

  Primary Responsibilities

  • Well versed with the Recruitment Methodologies and Core HR Activities.
  • Understanding manpower requirements from concerned departments and accordingly drafting the Job description
  • Working along with company HR team, undertaking full range of functions for selection, recruitment & appointment for specified divisions.
  • Good Market Intelligence.
  • Good at sourcing and savvy in Job Portals using the Features of the Same (Mass Mailing/Jon Posting).
  • Understanding the Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required in different job roles.
  • Candidate should be flexible for working on different platforms.

 

  Desired Qualifications / Traits

  • MBA/PGDM-Human Resources .
  • Must be Strong in logical ability skills, potential to think about internal requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills (oral, written and presentation) and MS Office proficiency
  • Innovative, enthusiastic and a quick thinker
